CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION AND BUILDING PRACTICES

Lo studio si occupa della redazione delle pratiche edilizie e della Direzione lavori, sollevando il Committente dalle questioni inerenti la gestione e il coordinamento delle diverse figure del processo edlizio, imprescindibili per la corretta esecuzione tecnica del progetto e il controllo di tempi e costi durante tutte le fasi del cantiere.

The studio deals with the drafting of the building practices and the supervision of the works, relieving the Client from the issues inherent in the management and coordination of the various figures in the building and purchasing process, essential for the correct technical execution of the project and the control of times and costs during all phases of the construction site.

3D LASER SCANNING SURVEY

Sulla base dell'esperienza maturata negli anni su siti archeologici e complesse struttuture turistico-ricettive, lo studio è in grado di sviluppare Rilievi con tecnologia laser scanner 3d per la misurazione dello spazio costruito di edifici esistenti, palazzi storici, monumenti e architetture complesse,  per una totale cattura dello spazio circostante pari ad un'area di presa definita "full dome" avente angolo pari a 360° nella giacitura azimutale e 300° in quella zenitale.

Based on the experience gained over the years on archaeological sites and complex tourist-accommodation structures, the studio is able to develop 3D laser scanner surveys for measuring the built space of existing buildings, historic buildings, monuments and complex architecture, for a total capture of the surrounding space equal to a gripping area defined as "full dome" having an angle equal to 360 ° in the azimuth position and 300 ° in the zenithal position.
